Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way organisations operate, but many businesses need practical support to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and maximise the benefits.
The AI and Automation Practitioner apprenticeship develops professionals who can help organisations use AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation.
Apprentices identify inefficient processes, build practical automation solutions within your existing systems, and help colleagues adopt new ways of working. By month 10, they will have delivered three live automation projects designed to save time, reduce costs, and improve productivity, with measurable business outcomes.
This apprenticeship works with the AI tools your organisation already uses, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude.
