The Administration Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship helps employers develop capable and reliable employees who can support the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
Assistant administrators play a vital role within organisations of all sizes, providing essential administrative support across departments such as HR, finance, IT and customer service. They work with digital systems to manage information, maintain accurate records and support colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Throughout the programme, apprentices build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage workloads, handle confidential information appropriately and respond to changing business priorities.
