Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices will achieve a Level 3 Qualification as an Information Communications Technician.

The Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship provides apprentices with the skills to deliver and manage IT and telecommunication systems, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based services. Apprentices will develop expertise in maintaining infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation, and meeting organisational IT needs.

Our Skills Development Tutors will deliver online sessions, working with apprentices to meet employers' specific needs and expectations.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have minimum GCSE grades A*-C/4-9 in English and maths.

Progression

Upon successful completion of the Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, apprentices can progress into roles such as Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, Cybersecurity Technician, Telecommunications Specialist, IT Support Analyst, and Infrastructure Technician, where they can further develop their technical expertise and advance within the IT and telecommunications sectors.
