On this course, learners will explore essential topics related to information, advice, and guidance practice. The curriculum covers the following key areas:

- Understanding signposting and referral in information, advice, and guidance
- Understanding the context of information, advice, and guidance
- Developing skills required by advice providers
- Managing information in the context of information, advice, and guidance

Entry requirements
There are no entry requirements for this course however, applicants will be required to complete an initial diagnostic in maths and English as part of the enrolment process.
As this course is delivered online, applicants will need access to a device with a camera and access word documents.

- Aged 19+
- Earns less than £25,000
Progression
